Hi guys. What are your thoughts about staging this case. Plan overall is ext #23 and 2 implant FPD with hard and soft tissue augmentation. Would you prefer to first do FGG to increase KT and vestibular depth prior to GBR or would you do the opposite and begin with hard tissue then soft tissue. If you were to do hard tissue first after achieving primary closure would you then release all the frenum attachments?

Sweet ill wait for that to get uploaded and check it out. Do you mean without doing the FGG/CTG first you wouldnt recommend surgery? I have her tx phased out like this: Next week vestibuloplasty+FGG and delivering printed maryland for provisional. See her in 4 months and do bone augmentation with tuberosity graft to get bone and CTG component with it and wait 6 months and then implants.
In your experience would you attempt to vertically augment bone or would you rather plump the tissue with extra CTG for better pontic site development and just do horizontal augmentation?
