how can you manage if you crack the buccal plate of bone?

@sameerdentist you have to manage that plate as a bone graft by screw fixing it. Of course leaving the desired space in between and filling it with bone grafting material

@sameerdentist TBH I am not a pro at this particular procedure, The plate has fractured on me once while placing an implant–not while doing a ridge split. It was a long time ago and once of the first implants I placed.
I have seen some publications of intentionally fracturing the plate, I’ll see if I can find the literature and share it.
