      ⭐️ What is a routine, ritual, or habit that has helped you to be your best self lately?

      • I’ll go first. Switching away from coffee to matcha has been a game changer for me. Also running at least 1 mile every day has helped me stay on track in terms of mindset.

        For some reason after turning 35, I had to develop some new routines and rituals to be my best self. Maybe it’s due to parenthood, or maybe I’m gettin old haha 😅 (I’m 37 now) @drcajee @jorbrown @javohiros @suredds @RYAN @87madrigal Any tips?

      • I have found yoga helps my back to stay loose. I do not do anything else. I feel they have me running around the office so much I get a good cardio workout most days. 😂

        • @suredds love that. I wish I did yoga! I never seem to schedule it in. But I do stretch and i find that it is an absolute necessity

          I do need to get a workout routine going.. I have been in a rut for a few years

          • @RYAN dude stretching is like the most zen activity for me now. When I stretch, I have a good day

            • @drcajee 100% with this one. I try to wake up at 5am, but then by the 5th day of doing this I feel so exhausted. 🥱 that hour when no one is awake is so awesome to catch

            • Sport gives me mental and phisical strenght. As long as I feel phisically fit I also manage all the stresses around better. But I do many diffrent sport activities cause it makes fun to play some tennis, sometimes do bodyweight trainingg…
              My regular habit is Iyengar joga because is very focused and makes me feel strong but streched.

              • @maja I completely agree! If my body feels strong my mind feels strong as well. It’s always been sorta like that but now actually more than ever. I’m going to look into that yoga!

                I think as children we get out and play and then when we grow up we forget to do that! Thank you for sharing @maja ! Where are you from?

                  Trump’s country) something we can do with our kids now- go out and play with them and remember how simple it can be:)

              • Seeing my chiropractor once monthly and exercising for cardio, strength, CORE help a lot. Also I start my day with 15-20 minutes of devotional time. Starting with THE foundation.

                • @shingst I love this, how do you structure those 15 minutes into the morning craziness? Also, how do you fit your exercise routine into your demanding Schedule?

                  • Risking everyone’s wrath I am gonna say that I don’t do anything 🤣🤣🤣🤣

                    No sports, no gym, no yoga, no nothing! 🤣

                      • @ivan-chicchon stress is not low, it’s just such a normal part of everyone’s day that we’re all fine with it and we have already accepted that we will pass earlier than most because of it 🤣🤣🤣
