Hello Docs,
Looking for some feedback and advices. #21 was extracted and placed immidate 4.1×12. I know I needed to go 2-3 mm beyond the apex, however, I didn’t have the correct length. The final torque was about 20 NCM. Bone graft was added and collagen plug and sutured with chromic gut. Please evaluate the radiographs and advise. When should I schedule for follow up?

Everything looks fairly solid on the xray to me. I would follow up 4 weeks post op and see how things are progressing.
