      What happen to my sinus graft? Just not packed enough? Is this radiolucent area tissue? Can I put an implant through this or is this a giant sequestrum?

        Hey Nick, for you sinus graft did you have a membrane as a tent before placing the graft, what was the graft Alo&Xeno or Just Alo, how long ago did you place it?To me this looks like a very pneumatized sinus up to the canines, I wouldn’t go for it with regular sinus grafting technique, I cant tell excatly from the picture where it ends, This would be a case for palatal approach and pterygoids or Zygos, I see you profile picture with the Claw, if you have access to him I am sure he will point you to the right direction, keep us posted good luck
