So ive been dealing with this pt and wanted to get help with how to go about this complication. I placed a Neodent CM Dive in 2019 and the crown has come loose couple times. The thing will not unscrew completely and idk why that is and what can be done to remove the screw portion. It looks the abutment index broke off also. If i cannot remove the screw and have to remove the implant would u charge the pt for a new implant abutment and screw?

I kid you not I had another pt come in with same thing. This is the .9mm Neodent CM Drive implant. I mean what are the odd. 😭 Help!

Ok so update. I tried getting the screw piece out with a cavitron and it didn’t do anything. I tried drilling it out at that point so I could use an implant removal tool. I wound up perfing the implant and had to start removing bone around the implant with a thin needle diamond and then using luxators to loosen the implant. I was able to immediately place a new implant. Now the implant was placed 3 years ago would u replace the implant for free. The pt did come in 3 times since the crown delivery with a loose abutment.
