Hi! Had a question about treatment planning here. I have a patient who cracked #30 and I am considering placing an immediate implant in the area, if possible. What do you guys think about crack teeth with immediate implant placement? I wanted to avoid going strictly in the mesial socket due to the mental foramen and was thinking about going only in the interseptal bone. I would not be able to engage much bone apical from the root due to IAN. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
