      Hey everyone, still pretty new to implants here and don’t have too much experience yet. I have a patient that had an implant and bone graft placed at another office about 4 months ago. Looks like the graft failed – exposed bone, radiolucency around the implant where the graft is. No discomfort. No medications. Healthy patient. Any suggestions on what to do here?
