I have a non-implant case that im having issues with pt management so i thought id ask y’all what to do. I did bridge for pt from 18-20 and ext #19 in 2020. I saw her feb 10 2023 b/c she claims that the ext of 19 hurts and her other dentist stated i left a root. Im going to also include a pano i captured after ext showing how small the piece i left was and I dont think this causing her pain but she wants to argue and potentially sue so my district manager agreed Id remove the zirconia bridge, attempt to remove the piece of root and make a new bridge. Im trying to figure out if this is the source of her pain and if not what is it.

      2/10/23 and 3/2/2020

      • The zoomed in photo of the bridge is after I recently extracted 19 and placed the temporary bridge on 3/2020. I just zoomed in so we can see how little of the mesial root apex is present. The pano is from Feb of this year. Removing the piece of root apex will suck. 😫

        • This was the best I could do after drilling for 1/2 hour and taking 4 other panos. Cross our fingers her pain goes away.
