									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I usually do a loading dose and then a week of antibiotic. I also like to give either 8mg of dexamethasone (If not a diabetic) right before the appointment. In larger implant cases I will give loading dose of antibiotic day before (continue for week afterwards) and medrol dose pack (non-diabetics) the day before. It may be overkill but I think&hellip;</p>
