However, with this full arch case this patient had extreme buccal and facial undercuts which prevented immediate implant placement. 6cc’s of bone were used to graft a fair amount of the upper right and upper left quadrant using CGF protocols. 5 to 6 months later we have beautiful,&hellip;</p>

<p>If I have an implant system without ti base manufacturing.. how could I know the compatible part from other system is working well ( dess and SIS system are compatible with ossteum company ) :/ </p>
<p>Some laboratory use the prefabricated abutment for scrow type prosthesis instead of ti base! .. what kind of problem should I expect&hellip;</p>

<p>The shorter implant you selected should be fine. There’s actually great research that shows almost the same or very similar success rate with shorter implants compared with normal length or longer implants. However, if you have sufficient bone width it’s best to go wider if you’re going shorter to help compensate to minimize the&hellip;</p>

<p class="">Thin facial plate. I&#8217;m going to do my darndest to get that out atraumatically, but if, which is a high risk I&#8217;d say, that facial plate fractures, flap, membrane, graft come back in 4 months? I cant imagine membrane and grafting without a good facial wall would be indicated here. </p>
