Pt has had #29-#31 implant placed 30 years ago, #30 and #29 in good functional condition. #31 hasnt had functional crown for last 10 years. has kept ” failling off”

I’m at a similar spot as you are so I can’t speak with years of personal experience. I decided for the time being to follow this protocol from Misch’s Contemporary Implant Dentistry. At the end of the day for liability it gives me something to turn to in case I need to justify my decision making.
