Looking into purchasing an implant planning software. We do a lot of work with NeoDent / Straumann so we received a quote for CoDiagnostix which is their tx planning software. We also use Trios with 3Shape so we are also looking into Implant Studio also. Any thoughts on either or should I look elsewhere?

Here is the CBCT of the case. Definitely has bone loss resulting in a dehiscence. GBR and wait 3 months to place?

Thanks for responding! CBCT is planned to be taken prior so should have more info to come. Also planning to do this guided so I’m hoping to keep the case flapless.

Is this a good case for immediate implant placement at the time of extraction? If so, what protocol should be done to insure the periapical infection is cleaned out and doesn’t result in implant failure? Thanks!
