Not sure about the exact restorative space but we have done a wax up for the surgical guide and it&#8217;s not deficient. Although I should start measuring it from now on. I was just going to go titanium base then zirconia. Is that what u would do? </p>

<p>My question is there is a bit of gingiva covering the 14 healing cap. Like maybe 1/5 of the healing cap. It has no issue coming off, but should I remove this tissue before I scan? </p>
<p>Also I know with normal crown preps it is very important there is no&hellip;</p>

I noticed on the radiographs there is quite a bit of bone loss on the 14 two months after placement. I do intend to take another xray on the day but is this cause for concern or is it normal.
