Hello Berat! I apologize for the delay here! Yesterday was absolutely nuts for me!
This is a great question! I can explain what I do.
1. Take an alginate impression, send to lab to get wax rims.
2. With the wax rims, I do the usuall rim adjustment and occlusal records of VDO. Send to lab for a tooth set up.

Hi guys,I’m new on implant dentistry.I’ll ask about full mouth cases.I just wonder if we are able to place 4-6 implants so why would we still go overdenture instead of fixed.I know it makes prosthesis more stable but it is still removable? (Photo from Ivan’s Overdenture Cookbook :))

Fixed vs removable full arch is a great topic.

– patient has a very high smile line and shows gums.
