From how you describe it, i think that overdentures would be a great unlock for you. Are you doing overdentures already? If so, this service is great for that demographic.

Patient had biomet 3I implant placed elsewhere. Had a cement retained crown #10. Its now completely covered by soft tissue. Any tips for removal of the screw?

Hi Tanner, I know its sort of a cop out, but I do it because Daniel Buser recommends it. He’s been the go-to implant guy for so many decades and I’ve heard arguments on both sides of the issue. But if Daniel Buser recommends it, dammit I’m gonna do it. lol

Hey joseph, I have some good recommendations for you here. Not sure what you mean that it hasnt had a “functional crown.”

The way to really dig in here is to remove the abutment and see what’s going on. I would DEFINTELY warn the patient that its not guaranteed to work, but that you are doing exploring to get to the cause.
