Fractured/ flowered implant collar? abutment is loose, looks like possible fractured screw.

Is removing the only reccomended treatment for #31 implant for this case at this stage?

1.) possible over-torquing or compression necrosis during placement

2.) overheating of bone during prep

of course a third option..

3.) some other factor we dont know and havent considered (i know real helpful right?)
