									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I placed this implant 3.5 months. Bone was soft but got 30 ncm torque. Was placed about 1mm subcrestal at the time and buried it.  I removed the cover screw and placed a healing collar on today and saw the PA has bone loss around the crestal portion. The tissue around appeared healthy, no obvious symptoms &#8211; should I be concerned about the&hellip;</p>
