									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you so much for your quick reply Ivan.<br />The screw loosening and &#8220;cutting&#8221; of the splinted implant restoration happened over 10 years ago. I just read about it in the documentation of the previous dentist.</p>
<p>My guess it that the splinted restoration had a non-passive fit which could have caused the screw loosening.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you for the tips Steven.<br />Don&#8217;t have a CBCT  but an iOS. The implant and restoration are nearly 20 years in place and I guess from the slightly buccal placement of the implant that an angulated abutment was used.</p>
