									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am a general dentist who is fairly new in my implant journey. The previous owner placed quite a few implants and is adamant that a prophylactic antibiotic (often a course of amoxicillin starting the day before the procedure) is imperative and necessary. </p>

<p>The tissue punch for #29 probably left a less than ideal amount of buccal keratinized gingiva. One month later, patient has some irritation of the gingiva buccal to the healing abutment. In retrospect, I would have liked to flap rather than punch and try&hellip;</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>T<span>here was two failing anterior incisors with significant infection that had to be removed and we placed two immediate implants into sites with severe bony defects. We performed simultaneously GBR/GTR using CGF/PRF protocols. After 6 months of healing we fortunately had a great outcome with ample bone.</span></p>
