<p>Attached is a picture of an immediate implant placement after extraction, threading the needle. In the picture we had 1.5 mm but I know posts with pictures do better lol.</p>

Sent to a prosthodontist who stated either composite or cement get around the screw and he had to drill it out. There has to be an easier way, hopefully some day.</p>
