Few days a go pt reported some discomfort on the none attached gingiva about 3 mm below buccal gingival margin. Doctor reported slight protuberance at the area. No pain on percussion, no mobility, no exaudate reported. I haven’t seen&hellip;</p>

I had a guide for implant 4.6&#215;9 placement so I was kind of sure I can sink my 7.5 implant in easily and shape that lingual bone since I will be drilling 1.5 mm longer than my implant. <p>The implant that I used here is 4.6&#215;10.5 which was so close to the nerve , so I had to replace it to 4.6&#215;9 that puts me about 1.8 mm away from nerve, is this still safe? I am using a gide. And what about the bone on the buccal, it looks at the bone level and I can’t sink it down&hellip;</p>
