Thank you! The tissue looks healthy and adhering tightly to the implant that when exposing the implant it was so hard to prop around it. Implant looks stable too.

The pt doesn’t have risk factors as far as I know. So air abrasion will need a flap right?

Hello everyone, implant #19 Biohorizon 4.6x7mm placed on 11/2023 . 7mm due to nerve proximity. Implant exposing and healing abutment placement on 2/26. Noted some bone resorbtion . What is the next step supose to be ? Proceed with restoration or not ?. Pt is very apprehensive and hard to work on. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an implant on #30 on 11/2022 4 months after Ext and BG. Implant was restored by another dentist. Few days a go pt reported some discomfort on the none attached gingiva about 3 mm below buccal gingival margin. Doctor reported slight protuberance at the area. No pain on percussion, no mobility, no exaudate reported. I haven’t seen…

The software was detecting the nerve lower than what where I thought it should be, but when I did locate the mental foramen manually, it did fix the nerve position. I am confused though about that bubble that looks connected to the nerve canal.

Case update: I placed implant 4.6×7.5 today . I had a guide for implant 4.6×9 placement so I was kind of sure I can sink my 7.5 implant in easily and shape that lingual bone since I will be drilling 1.5 mm longer than my implant. Hello everyone, I have a question regarding implant design #19.

The implant that I used here is 4.6×10.5 which was so close to the nerve , so I had to replace it to 4.6×9 that puts me about 1.8 mm away from nerve, is this still safe? I am using a gide. And what about the bone on the buccal, it looks at the bone level and I can’t sink it down…

there is open contact on both sides mesial and distal that is causing food trap and gingival irritation . I was considering replacing restorations on #12 and 14 after Endo retreat, and avoid touching #13
