Here is my first post for the implant. Pt. had extraction and Bone graft done earlier. #10 implant placed 1 week ago. Pt. was seen today and healing wnl. No pain or any complaints. Looking forward for comments and suggestions.

Nice job Vidit and welcome! Feedback I would give on the limited information I have would be placed the implant slightly more sub Crestal and if you’re able to drill a smaller osteotomy in the future, you might have better initial stability so you can place a healing abutment😊👍

Yes I had a great stability and I could have placed healing abutment. Only reason I didn’t do is pt. had an ortho Hawley retainer with tooth #10 in the retainer. I placed a healing abutment and it was interfering with seating of the retainer so I had to change it to cover screw.
