<p>These are osstem bone level implants which i placed 3 months ago. Upper right first premolar was immediate after extraction with grafting in the gap. 3 months after you can see some slight bone loss especially mesially of the upper premolar implant, would like to know the cause and how to prevent this? Also if implants are&hellip;</p>
