									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yes.  I&#8217;ve removed them using the insertion tool that 3M makes just by unscrewing them, but those were failing and not well integrated.  I have had the integrated ones snap off before as well and had to use a trephine and rongeurs to get it out.  3M is no longer in the implant business so it may be hard to find the insertion tool.  It&#8217;s&hellip;</p>

The implant is a Neodent CM drive implant with a damn 0.9 mm abutment screw head that is stripped.  Am I best off just slowly trying to back it out with ultrasonics?</p>
