Here’s a full arch we did for this patient with 6 implants for a fixed hybrid. Bone reduction for these cases can be crucial especially depending on your approach and material selection. Good keratinized tissue around your multi unit abutments and/or locators are also key to long term success.

What are some key factors you focus on? What are some concerns or issues you have had with these type of cases in the past? Please leave a comment below and let’s discuss and learn together😊💪👇.

      • @restoredsmiles ahhh you’re one of those guys who’s patients don’t bleed… 😆 jk that is great work!
I struggle with how to handle excess tissue left after bone reduction. I’ve seen people cut off a band of tissue including the papillae – but that often causes more bleeding and I still end up with a “flabby” sutured tissue since its now unsupported. And its removing quality KG on top of that.

        • lol. You made me laugh😂🤣. I feel the same way about the bleeding sometimes with other pics I see but we just took the picture quick this time I guess. Thanks so much😊🙏👍. I would typically never remove excess tissue especially on the lower. Just passive tissue closure will help, some tissue roll and some docs drill a hole in the bone and suture through it which helps as well. The cleaner your incision and reflection are the easier all that stuff will be too. Thanks for the comment
