I think in this case, you should plan a GBR like <span class="atwho-inserted"><a class='bp-suggestions-mention' href='https://implantninjadojo.com/members/restoredsmiles/' rel="nofollow">@restoredsmiles</a></span> suggested. Also, the shorter implants are the way to go here so you still have 2mm safety zone before the nerve canal! </p>

<p>#20 is planned for an extraction and socket grafting.  I planned for an implant 4.0x7mm (which I&#8217;m thinking is a bit short &#8211; would have liked at least 8.5mm) but is limited in length due to the lingual concavity.  </p>
<p>The implant fits into this pre-extraction dimensions; however, I&#8217;m anticipating some bone loss even after socket grafting and&hellip;</p>

After taking the online GBR course by David Wong he crushed it with this difficult case and he used Implant Club fixtures. Brings a tear of happiness to my eye. LOL but seriously, Love this case!</p>
