Question, after doing a full arch for an overdenture, (meaning placing 4 implants with cover screw, and primary closure), how long do you wait to remove sutures. I used PTFE. Is it recommended 3 weeks, 6 weeks, 2 weeks? Appreciate the help.

Very important when doing any type of bone augmentation that you ask yourself where is my blood supply coming from and how can I get greater access of cells to my bone graft material.

You always want to make sure that you decorticate the buccal plate to help stimulate bleeding and allow greater access to cells to feed your bone graft…
