									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thank you everyone for responding. He just sent me the scans before and after the procedure although the sinus isn’t very visible i told him to make a new one but you can partially see where the bone was placed as well as the greyish area. </p>

How would you bring this to the mouth to evaluate all this? Wouldn’t you need to first extract all teeth followed by complete dentures then analyse? </p>

<p>In this case would you rather:</p>
<p>1. Do a crestal sinus left approach and place a 4.6(wide diameter)x7.5mm implant. Increasing the diameter to compensate the height in that case&hellip;</p>
