It is always a bit tedious and a pain but typically using various X-rays and especially a pano can give you areas to try to access slowing until you find all the screws, slow and patience is keep to not over prep into the screws

Hey, I will be removing this hybrid denture for replacement. I am having a difficult time locating the access screws for removal. Can anyone please help me find them? Implants are placed at site 3,5,7,9,12,13,15. Thank you for your help!

Attempt to graft the fenestration and hope for the best. Also make sure to warn the patient of possible future complications.

I have been placing Implant club implants for the past 2-3 years (yes Ivan, I know you that much), and my beautiful GF needed an implant. Extraction and bone grafting was performed. Today I did the uncover. 60% of my cases, I have notice this overgrowth of bone. This on was part of the statistics. I just wanted to show off/share the case.

This happened a while back, and I figured some of you might like to know how you would address it. This healing abutment that need to be removed was stripped. Hello gang!
I have this case that I am preparing for. It will happen in February. I don’t have a CT on this Patient. It is a tooth that has had a RCT. I can see a PAR on tooth and caries that Fractured the crown. Tooth will come out and I am preparing for both scenarios: either extraction and socket preservation, or extraction and…

Hey Jonathan! Several different ways to attack this. If you’re thinking of potentially doing an immediate implant, I would definitely have a CBCT. If you do a lot of immediate implants, and there is sufficient bone, typically, I do these flapless
If you haven’t done any immediate implants. Typically it’s nicer to start with pre-molars as… Read more1 -
Hey great question!
Another thing to consider is tissue biotype. I think I have some decent implant skills, but I still refer out thin biotype cases in the anterior region to Perio. It’s just a personal preference. What do you do for those cases @restoredsmiles
Do you know the biotype for this patient Jonathan?2- View 2 replies
