Hi guys, I am a general dentist, practice in Covina, CA. I have a question loading temporary anterior crowns at the time of implants surgery. How many mm subgingival would you order the custom abutments? If cement retained temp crowns, how do you manage the cement ? Thank you.

Hey Lin, I actually just had an interview with a doc in Brazil who does that. First off, he makes a hole in the occlusal portion of the crown to help extrude the cement.
