But yes in general it’s still okay, and in this case it sort of helps you prepare and plan for the possible outcomes. <p>1.  access the screw channel and successfully remove the abutment. </p>
<p>2. Take an impression </p>
<p>3. Send the impression and abutment to the lab</p>
<p>Doing it this way would avoid extruding cement all around that implant.</p>

<p>I ask about the lower arch because of the occlusal plane. See how it goes up in the anterior teeth as those teeth super erupt?</p>
<p>I wanted to know if that occlusal plane will be corrected. It’s okay to leave it as is, but if the lower teeth were compromised also, it would be great to correct the occlusion with both&hellip;</p>
