If the implant is stable and integrated, I wouldn’t touch it. Palatal bone loss on the anterior implants is not as big of an issue due to thick attached tissue there. It’s also harder to graft the site after implant placement back there. In the future, consider using a guide for optimum placement B/L.

Hi! I have a case I wanted some feedback on. Pt is interested in replacing 24 and 25 with implants. I have attached the cbct below and was wondering what you guys think as far as tx planning. I wanted to place 1 implant with a cantilever for 24 and 25. How would you plan the case given the thin bone? Alveoplasty? GBR? Thank you

I have a patient who needs a vestibuloplasty prior to restoring her implant supported denture. Does anyone have any tips on technique? Will probably punt to specialist but I am curious on how to go about the procedure.
