It will require a flap but essentially you release the flap like a GBR, use healing abutments to tack the alloderm along with sutures and close the flap. I would say if you are comfortable with doing a lateral window/caldwell luc, take a cbct and see where it is relatively in the sinus and remove with that procedure. If you can&#8217;t reverse it out, you can either trough the crestal bone to create an opening to get it or do a window. The main issue is locating the IAN and making sure you don&#8217;t damage it. Palatal bone loss on the anterior implants is not as big of an issue due to thick attached tissue there. It&#8217;s also harder to graft the site after implant placement back there. In the future, consider using a guide for optimum placement B/L.</p>
