When just getting Into Christal, sinus lifting, I’ve often found that it feels like you are going in blind Because, well, you are!
If the membrane was not punctured during the drilling protocol, the bone should stay localized.

End-of-year purchases for tax purposes
Do you guys buy materials or equipment to offset taxes? I’ve always sort of done this as sort of a kneejerk reaction to saving some taxable income, but not very methodically.
Do you guys do this or are you thinking of doing this at all?

I’ll go first.
I’m going to buy a bunch of implant accessories and mess around with them. Nothing too expensive, but just handful of 20 different gadgets or so. I’ll buy some bone tacks and screws as well.
I’ve been toying with the idea of buying an X Nav and Yomi. But I’ll probably not get around to purchasing them. The technology still seems…

We normally don’t! Our practice accountant doesn’t advise it so we just don’t and I’ve never looked more into it LOL

im Thankful for my wife and family and my staff for all the support over the years. I am thankful for being able to continue my education and Get master of science in oral Implantology Class of 2026. I am also gratful for living in USA we have it pretty good compared to alot of countries

I’ve periodically make them to use on the day of implant placement. Not so frequently as a stage 2 procedure.

Hi Berat! Great question. You’re asking, if we can place 4-6 implants and do a bar on it—why wouldn’t we simply do fixed?
Fixed vs removable full arch is a great topic.
Removable is a great option if:
– patient has a very high smile line and shows gums.

Last year I spent a week, including Thanksgiving in the hospital, waiting for an opening in the OR to have a surgery done. I was on NPO, only liquids over Thanksgiving.
